Good Wood

Just stacked 1 and 2 year old seasoned wood for the pizza oven ready for alfresco dinning this summer. what what them city folk do? Use non renewables I guess?

Whole Snapper Baked and Smoked In Wood Fired Oven

Whole snapper, stuffed and coated with Ginger, Garlic, Diced Red Apple, Preserved Lemon, Calamari Legs diced fine, Apple Cider Vinegar and Bread Crumbs. Baked and smoked in wood fired pizza oven with a smoking box of apple wood sawdust.

BTW this is an authentic Margherita pizza. Italian buffulo mozzarella, home grown tomato base, home grown basil and italian 00 super fine flour pizza dough. All made, assembled and cooked on the pizza oven stones that evening. Delicious.
