Magnolias and Grass Eating Dog Cow

Last year we put this Manolia in the front yard, the Magnolia is a medium to tall tree producing masses of goblet shaped flowers and fragrant flowers at a very young age. Nice. The others a more spring themed and a strange grass eating animal.

I have been planning a zoo project for some time and although there are millions of images of lions and tigers all over but I thought it was about time I had my own. Taronga Zoo Sydney, New South Wales, Australia was officially opened on October 7, 1916, and is located on the shores of Sydney Harbour in the suburb of Mosman. Taronga is an Aboriginal word meaning beautiful view. It's $43 to get in and $15 to park your car, so go early and enjoy your day if you are thinking of going. At least the money goes to a good cause for animal conservation.

Winter Sun

Walking in the sun on a winters day means dressing appropriately and hot coffee in the sun. Of course if you are a dog it's more about sniffing around, checking out the other dogs and exploring.
