New Magnetic Spice Rack

We had lots of herbs and spices for cooking but they were all jammed in the pantry and stuff was hard to find. So I got these magnetic shelves to hold them so you can easily see what's where.

Then I explored what herbs and spices I needed for a good coverage of most world cuisines, so this seems to be about 51 as in the list below. This of course docent include things like fresh herbs from the garden or vanilla, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, sugars or wasabi etc . . .

Seems there is a rule that you add dry herbs and spices at the start and fresh at the end of the cooking process. Salt is the primary seasoning added to food to enhance or elevate its flavor and herbs and spices are flavourings.
