Tuna Jerky Experiment

Tuna jerky is a high protein, low fat jerky. Made from fresh lean wild caught Bluefin tuna. Sliced, marinated, and dehydrated until fully dry. It's a savory, chewy snack packed with omega 3 fatty acids.

OK but with an unpleasant fishy after taste. Not popular :-]

The best way to eat tuna fresh out of the sea.

Sugar salt and spices cure.
